ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Check-in time is 4 pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we'll do our best, without any promises!

On arrival, you will need to check in at the front desk. 

• The front desk staff will be expecting you and will give you PH access in the elevator once checked in. 

• An App with the  Mobile Key will be sent to you via email or text. You will need to download the app. “Tiffany House Mobile"  and enter the username and password that will be sent  to  you to access the key.   It will unlock the condo front door. 

  • Once downloaded

  • Open the application on your phone and hold it up to the FOB receiver on our condos door until it unlocks.  BLUE TOOTH  SHOULD BE TURNED ON. 

• THE PHONE APP WILL NOT GIVE YOU ACCESS TO THE PH LEVEL IN THE ELEVATOR NOR THE 4TH & 8TH FLOOR POOL LEVEL 

  • Once in the condo you will find FOB keys hung on hooks on the wall to the left as you enter the unit. This FOB key will give you access to the lobby entrance, the AL (amenities level), 4th and 8th floor pool, PH level and Cloud 9 Condo, you will no longer need the phone app. 

• To access the penthouse level with the FOB key from the ground floor simply swipe the FOB in the elevator and press PH. You can do same and press 4 to get to the pool level or “AL”  to get to the amenities level, where you will find the gym and sauna. 

• Please return the FOB keys to the hooks at check-out.  If one is lost there will be a $100 per key charge to replace it. 

DEPARTURE INFORMATION 

Check out is at 11 AM unless previously approved, 

• There will be a $50 fee for unapproved late checkout. 

CHECK-OUT PROCESS 

When you leave we would appreciate it if you can please ensure the following simple tasks are done: 

• Kindly take the rubbish out to the refuse room. 

  • You will find it by walking to the end of the hallway to the window and to the right. There you will find a door for recyclables and a door for the garbage shoot. 

  • Please ensure the garbage bags are tied tightly when using the shoot.

•  Please  Ensure the air-conditioning is set to 77F 

• Please Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. 

• Please plug-in the Sonos iPad so it is charged for the next guest. 

•  Please leave the FOB keys on the hooks as you found them. 

  • A $100 charge will be applied per lost FOB key.. 

• Lock the condo (please make sure the door is locked by closing it firmly. 

• Safe travels back home, we hope we'll have the opportunity to host you again!
